JP „City cleanliness“ Belgrade organized a free bulky and electronic waste collection action on the first weekend of every month, and this will also be the case during the weekend of March 2nd and 3rd. Belgraders can dispose of their unnecessary bulky and electronic items such as sofas, wardrobes, desks, old TVs, computers, refrigerators, stoves, and other household appliances next to the nearest containers or in front of their yards, from where the „Cleanliness“ teams will completely remove them free of charge. Residents should inform the City of Belgrade service center about the amount of waste and the location where they will deposit bulky and electronic waste by calling the phone number 11-0-11 on weekdays from 7 am to 10 pm, and on Saturdays from 8 am to 2 pm, or by calling the phone numbers at the „City cleanliness“ stations in the municipalities where they live, on weekdays and on the first weekend of the month from 6 am to 1:30 pm.
On other days of the month, citizens can dispose of their bulky and electronic waste in two ways:
– They can take it to the JKP „City cleanliness“ station in the municipality where they live every working day from 8 am to 1:30 pm.
– On other weekdays, Belgraders can call the JKP „City cleanliness“ teams at the mentioned phone numbers and inform them about the amount of waste and the place where they have deposited it. The JKP „City cleanliness“ teams will come and remove the bulky and electronic waste from the reported locations, but this service is charged on other days. Therefore, we urge citizens to be responsible and take advantage of this bulky and electronic waste collection action on the first weekend of the month so that bulky and electronic waste does not accumulate on public surfaces on other days of the month when the transport service is charged.
